Oh WIN !How did you do it? I love red or white wine in food, but dont' like to drink it so buy those mini bottles or knick my flatmates.

i just poured some wine in some food while it cookedthe wine was well past drinking-stage (was opened months ago). Tasted nice in the bolognaise, though
