I understood it, but because of an old bad translation in a hotel, which is not very funny if you don't know Spanish:
Still water - Todavía agua (water yet/ still can be translated as still and yet)
Sparkling water - Agua chispeante (sparkling like little flames sparkling water; I always think of Harry Potter saying it and LOL)
