A cold, I think
But itchy eyes are back (and it can't be hay fever in September) and my stomach is playing funny again. Maybe I'm just stressed.

Of course you're stressed.
The wedding and moving to another town will take it out of you and make you susceptable to becoming ill. Not to mention dieting.
