Scrambled egg, along with omelettisation
are my least favourite egg cooking methods.

And I've never had a coddled egg. Molly, or otherwise.

there is a whole world of egg-based goodness that you are missing out on
decent scrambled eggs are sublime, and something like a ramekin lined with ham with an egg and a splash of cream in it, then baked is oustanding.

My girlfriend will only eat eggs
if they're done as an omelette, or scrambled. Apparently I make very good scrambled eggs.

But I prefer mine with the yolk and white separated. It's so I can dunk the soldiers in the yolk.
