the gate
is AMAZING and about 2 mins from the apollo.

it's run by a pair of indian/iraqi brothers, and it is absolutely stunning food. or if you walk down king street there are dozens of restaurants. it's not particularly scenic, but there's everything there.

or walk up towards high street kensington (about 10 mins), where it's a bit posher and even more choice.
