I can imagine it being really awkward
when you're on all fours and he's behind grunt and sweating and hammering away and you don't want to hurt his feelings so you're making all the right noises and then you look up and Echo is looking at you, and she knows your faking it but she just turns around and walks back into the kitchen and then your heart really isn't in it any more so you just stay quiet and then he realises and asks what's wrong and you just shrug and he pulls out and you just go upstairs to get your dressing gown and by the time you've come back downstairs he's got his trousers on and he just says "Look, give me a call sometime if you want" and then leaves.
