Not unusual.When I was at school it was amazing the number of kids who lived in telly-free houses.

Depends on how middleclass the school wasThe more middleclass the more people didn't have a TV. Vast majority still did though

It's harder to imagine telly-free houses these days.Such (seems) to be the reliance on parents using CBeebies as a baby sitter.
