I had a fantastic weekend
West Brom beat Arsenal at The Emirates (yes, football, I know you're above such plebeian enjoyments) - an event so unlikely we may now be in a parallel timeline.

Then I smashed a turkey breast flat and rolled it around some blue cheese and cranberry sauce and then wrapped that in prosciutto. Sublime.

Then I got drunk and stoned with my bro and his good lady which put the capper on a wonderful day.

Spent sunday recovering and reading Arsenal blogs, which were hilarious.
