The worst thing I've ever eaten was Jerusalem Artichokes.Disgusting, and they went through my bowels faster than an express train.

I had these in America.They were OK but a bit of a faff to eat. I get the ones in jars now.

Do you mean globe artichokes?Which are rather nice. Jerusalem ones are like little spuds.
