All cheese is good cheese
I refused to eat blue cheese for ages on account of trying it when I was about 7 and hating it, but recently I've discovered it's quite palatable as long as it's not too strong. Dolcelatte and St Agur are nice, for example. I have never tried any particularly strong or stinky cheese though.

and the walk-in cheese room is the best thing ever.

you get to taste them all, pick the best, and then they make them into an awesome cheeseboard. they have an amazing roquefort, it's really offensive.
