I remember a puppet show on channel 4 when I was a kid that was about badgers
and had singing vegetables in it. Noone else seems to remember this and I can't find anything on google. Does this ring a bell with anyone else?

"Everybody knows, badger takes it UP THE ARSE"

Reminds me of the Fraggle song
"Down at Fraggle Rock,
Grab a Fraggle by his cock.
Swing him round your head
'Til the bastards dead"

I remember
Half a pound of nuts and bolts,
Half a pound of elastic,
Put them in the washing-machine,
Out pops a spastic.

Please do
I'm far too disconnected with my childhood songs
(, Mon 4 Oct 2010, 14:00, Reply)
there's better versions
down at fraggle rock
grab a fraggle by his cock
spin him round and round
till his bollocks touch the ground
throw him in the air
catch him by his pubic hair
if he starts to cry
punch that bastard in the eye

Anyone who makes a living with their hand
up a badgery-puppets-arse has to be a bit weird.

No. You are mentally ill
and this fictional show is just your mind trying covering up your REAL childhood memories which involve the school caretaker, a smelly van and your very sore bottom.

It was real
there was a glowing red rock in the cabbages that baddies were looking for. Someone must remember this.
(, Mon 4 Oct 2010, 13:27, Reply)
Anything on TV Cream that might jog your memory?

(, Mon 4 Oct 2010, 13:30, Reply)
I have googled it to shit.
I will have another go but can't remember enough about it to type anything coherent in.
(, Mon 4 Oct 2010, 13:31, Reply)
Exactly what bits do you remember?

(, Mon 4 Oct 2010, 13:33, Reply)
It was on Channel 4, it had singing cabbages in it. meteors had fallen from space and some had
landed in the cabbages which belonged to some badgers. And there were baddies after the meteors who may have been foxes or wolves or something.

....and then you woke up in some local woodland with a small bit of blood in your pants.

Honest to God this was a real programme.
I will find it one day.

I had a google
but got distracted onto a discussion page about Avatar: The Last Airbender in which a furious argument rages over the ratio of Benders to nonBenders in the Fire Nation. I had a childish chortle.
