my last trainee had the same thinghe squeaked when he walked. sounded like he was stepping on kittens all day.

Hahahaha!This does happen occasionally (the squeak, not the kitten stepping).
However, I can now run five miles in under 37 minutes which isn't bad... I'm not quite as fast as I was, but I'm getting there again.
