one of my friends was planning to dress as Mystique for my halloween party last year
she has the body to pull it off as well. it's a shame she chickened out.

Is that the friend you showed me?
The goth-y one?

no, this other one is on a par though
6' tall, blonde, triathlete.

I approve

(, Wed 6 Oct 2010, 16:32, Reply)
you would do

(, Wed 6 Oct 2010, 16:34, Reply)
Yeah, see I could probably do it
but I suspect I wouldn't look half as good as I think I would. It's best for all concerned if I postpone it, not least til I get an invite to a decent Hallowe'en party. I quite like the idea of going as Silk Spectre (I or II) from Watchmen, though.

it's always hard to think of costumes
especially since I can never be bothered to put effort into making them

Aw, I love making costumes
but then, I don't have much opportunity to make stuff so it's always fun when I do get to.

You know vaguely what I look like

I think you'd make a good Alice
but it's quite a popular costume. I went as the cheshire cat last year, that was fun.

You could go as any of the blonde Disney princesses, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella.

I think Alice would definitely be the easiest for you. It's not much hassle to put together, either.
