Oh and I've just received an email from Apple addressed to a Ramiro that they've booked me in for an appointment at one of their stores in the US. Very strange.I've replied saying 'you better fix my Mac this time you bunch of cunts'. I hope Ramiro gets a warm reception when he goes in.
