Liquid nitrogenis awesome stuff. I've used it for all sorts of extra-curricular purposes in the past.

A mate knew a student who used it for a party pieceinvolving taking it into his throat and doing an enormous burp. One night it went wrong and he swallowed it. Hospitalarity ensued.

On Clarkson's shortlived show 'Clarkson'he once made ice cream with liquid nitrogen, it was pretty impressive.
I quite enjoyed that show, he also created a mousetrap that sets fire to the mouse and he microwaved a melon.
