You need to teach me.

You can't teach it hon.
I was born this way. If I was any more laid back I'd be horizontal.

Hahaha
Well, I have improved quite a lot in the last years. I used to get shouting and crying for everything.

Oh well
As I said, 6 years of English phlem has made me a lot more patient, but still...

you have to teach yourself
little things like telling yourself you can't control everything, or reminding yourself to smile or think about happy things
it's worked a treat for me the last couple of days, things like updating facebook with something extremely gay like "loving my life :):):):)"

Are you any closer to being able to fly?

I don't think lesbians have fairy dust :(((((

(, Thu 21 Oct 2010, 15:24, Reply)
That sounds like a good plan
It's not as if I'm usually upset or something, I'm always happy; but at the same time, I always feel there is something I should be complaining about. And that you don't complain enough in here.
(, Thu 21 Oct 2010, 15:25, Reply)
that's my problem
I'm always complaining
always always always
I really need to try to focus on...not. And not repeating myself, ffs. I do it alllll the time.
(, Thu 21 Oct 2010, 15:30, Reply)
Haha
I used to be like that. Now I still complain, but a lot less than before. I think I'm just happier in general.
