Easerly done.
Any tablet that doesn't have a noticable effect inside an hour can easerly be forgotten or taken twice; not saying it should be forgotten, just that it's an easy mistake to make.

I sort out all my pills in a weekly box planner, I may look like a granny to anyone who looks in my manbag, but at least I'm well medicated.

I use one of those boxes. I think (thankfully) that it takes Lamotrigine a while to wear off so last night's may have covered me today.
