i literally cannot think of an answer to this, either film or music
this is the problem with being pretty mainstream.

however, i have just had the most hilarious negotiating tactic from the other side which is worth sharing for his sheer cheek. he is a tiny firm over in wales acting for the little man. my client is a mahoosive institutional pension fund landlord. so i return his call and he says smoothly: "well you sound very efficient, i must say."

"that is a nice start to my day. nobody ever calls me that," i replied.

"and of course i bet you are very beautiful as well, aren't you?" he persisted... before going straight on to try and chip £100k off the deal. 10/10 for effort. 0/10 for success!
