The girl who keeps calling me by my name. She says it three or four times in a sentence, it sounds massively patronising and she patently clearly dislikes me. Makes me want to ram her teeth down her throat

there was some stupid customer relationship course here recently, and one of the things they were telling people to do was to use people's names more.

It would make me less likely to want to work with someone.

and Phil Jupitus was saying that if you have a waiter at a restaurant who introduces themselves by name you should make a point of grossly overusing it.
