I have 2 titanium bolts and 6 screws in my L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae.I refer to this as my hyper-alloy super chassis
(I know that titanium is not an alloy).

yes it is.Well, titanium itself isn't but the screws will most likely be made of 6AlV4 which is an alloy.
