Bacon and brown sauce
sometimes with egg and/or mushrooms. I do like sausages but usually I'll go for bacon every time.

Tomato sauce is heresy
and has no place on anything bar burgers, hotdogs and chips (although mayo is best with the latter). Brown sauce is the sauce of kings.
