I only had duck fat roasties for the first time last ChristmasBefore that, it's always just been Lard.

I've got a jar of fat from the goose my mum cooked at Easterit produced about 5 fucking jars of the stuff, but it is seriously good for roasties. If you can believe it, it is even considerably better than duck fat
