If we're talking about mass death I'd prioritise it to people under 35ishI wouldn't base it on intelligence or "genetic defects" whatever they are. That's all a bit final solution to me.

Also depends on the infection rates on different demographicshow leathal it is to certain age/ethnic groups. Innercity v.s. suburban communities.
