Nikon D3100
Entry level, but with a cock-load of features. Need to haggle and try and get a free lens upgrade too, and possibly a free case.

Nikon are the business. I think it was the 3000 that some of my students had, it's pretty nice. Congratulations!

3100 is a huge step up too
Live view, HD video, new processor, better sensor, all sorts really. Win.
