Have a look on Free-cycle.
They'll be able to help you get sorted, and then you can upgrade things as and when you can.

There are a few freecycle groups for Bucks.
If you've got the transport I'm sure you'll have no problem getting what you need.

Quite often there is free stuff on GumTree too.
