Ooo, cider sounds like a good idea
Possibly not with a stomach bug though.

Excellent going berkette.
How goes it?
(, Thu 4 Nov 2010, 20:57, Reply)
Aye, not bad
I'm making my fancy dress costume for Saturday and it's going well. I'm also trying to convince myself that I'm over my cold, and I think it's working.
How about you?

Fancy dress? What's the theme, and what are you doing?
Hope the cold goes. THere's been several nasty things going around.

I'm not too bad, got in from 4 hours of literature and 2 hours of chainsmoking at a coffee house about 45 mins ago. I started getting spots and zigzag lines over my vision and my pupils are massive, I'm a little worried I'm either trippin' balls or getting a nasty headache. But I've had some coke and a mini-Curly-Wurly so I should be ok.

It's just a belated Halloween party
I'm going as a zombie cheerleader. I was going to go as one of the weeping angels from 'Blink' but I couldn't make the wings in time.
Coke and chocolate sounds like the way forward, if this damn thing takes me much longer I think I'm going to have to pop out for something similar...

Oh excellent
The Weeping Angel would have been excellent. For the T party my friend had I considered going as the TARDIS (as I'm so much bigger on the inside lolololololol) but I think my eventual costume was even better. Have a great time

I'm eating a mini-Chomp now. Just slowly licking it up and down before I slide it into my mouth and let it go gooey.

It really would have
but the wings were just way too much faff. Ah well, I'll add it to my list of possibilities for next year.
Does somebody have sweeties left over from trick or treaters?
(, Thu 4 Nov 2010, 21:18, Reply)
Yeah, I wouldn't have the commitment.
My crafts go as far as purling, little bit of sewing, sticking things to other things and making origami animals out of such thick paper I needed to sew it together to keep it together.

Trick or treat? In Camberwell? Gawd, I'm not stupid. No, they had them on sale, and I thought little ones would be better, just a little treat. No, it just means you eat more than you would usually. Gawd I'm a fatty.

You're speaking to a girl
who had three kitkat chunkys for dinner the other day. I'm not judging! (the only reason I'm not stuffing my face full of treatsize stuff is that I very carefully didn't buy any for exactly the reason you give)
(, Thu 4 Nov 2010, 21:27, Reply)
My first food of the day was at 6.30, which might have explained the headache.
I'm trying to work up the courage to go and cook stirfry.
(, Thu 4 Nov 2010, 21:28, Reply)
Ugh, at 9:30?
I'd just stay in bed and eat chocolate, to be honest...
(, Thu 4 Nov 2010, 21:36, Reply)
I'm having a craving for fried beancurd though.

(, Thu 4 Nov 2010, 21:48, Reply)
It's possible to crave tofu?!

(, Thu 4 Nov 2010, 21:49, Reply)
