Why do you have a freezing Monday?
Find out who controls the heating and ask them to start the heating one hour early on a Monday.

They switch off the heating during the weekend
and start it again on Monday morning; but it takes ages to start heating. Last Monday, when I left at 4pm, we had just reached 17degC.

My office is stifling in the summer and freezing in the winter. Not to mention the dirt, metal crap everywhere and my boss farts in the office.

That would be fine
if you were on the move all the time, but sitting in an office you really need it to be about 21°C.

13 if you are moving, 17 if you aren't. That's stupid. I could barely move my fingers to type.
