How about this..

Let's say you go uni, the goverment are going to spend, say, £10k on you. You have to pay that back inside most conditions, but that's the lay out.... or whatever that figure is.

How about making that same amount avaialbe for anyone who wants to start their own buisness, again, under the same conidtions.

If you're seen as squandering the money, that's like if you don't turn up to any lectures at uni, or if you spend any of the money on something outside of the buisness (eg, a telly that you use at home), then at that point you get sacked from the educational fascility, or you get those assets you bought taken away. Then you're also blacklisted from doing eaither of them again.

I fear the cost of policing this idea
would be preventative, also think of the millions of lawsuits raised by people who felt they were treated unfairly?

Whilst it's a nice idea I suspect the reality would be horrific.
