I'm not even a clean freak, but leaving stuff on tables annoys me for some reason

My room is a bit of a tip
But I keep most of the communal bits on my floor (of my uni halls) clean, and get a bit annoyed when other people mess them up.

The only reason this room is even remotely tidy is that I have to empty it out over the holidays, so it doesn't have time to get *really* bad.

Going to have to be better about it next term since there's a good possibility of having someone come to visit that I'd want it to be presentable for :)

She's seen my room at home, so this is nothing compared to what that can get like.

More someone I wouldn't want to put off by taking her into a horribly messy room (though if there's just enough dross that she wouldn't be able to sleep on the floor, it might not be an entirely bad thing... though by that point it shouldn't really be an issue)
