A plant would be aproctous.
And lots of simple organisms are as well. I'm not aware of any humans who are aproctous.

Thinking about it, 'cephaloproctous' would probably more accurately describe anybody involved in modern art or interpretive dance. 'Proctophonic' does have a nice ring to it...
