I'd totally consider living in this area when I next go to move.

If that place was local to where I live, I'd be a hell of a lot bigger than I am now.
Their 'dry curry rice' with 'chicken teryakki' is lush. And their Katsu Curry is too.

Good value too.

after having spent a long weekend in Cardiff and London, I have realised just how shit the food situation is in Exeter.
We badly need a market like that, and some more multi-cultural stuff.
Cardiff indoor market is amazing for some things. Best fish counter I've ever seen.

I have quite a lot of business in Cardiff so there must be a few quid bobbing about...

they've knocked down a load of the old crappy city centre and built a fucking huge great shopping complex with loads of eateries and stuff.
the market is an old one, and mostly full of shit, but they do great bread and cheese and particularly fish.

there was an indoor market near to the Civic Centre place (whose name I momentarily forget, St Martin's, or something). Where'd they put the new one?

go about halfway down St Mary's street.
Other entrance is on The Hayes.
The new shopping centre is next to the CIA and the Vue cinema. They knocked down a load of the old St David's Centre

Saw Jools Holland there. The stumpy little prick.
If I'm ever in Cardiff again, and I shan't be going out of my way to do so, I'll have to have a look.

how did that development they were building by the waterfront turn out? There used to be quite a nice little vodka bar down that way, which we'd go to when we were feeling pretentious.
