As many have said above, £5 a day for lunch is a lot to spendWe probably spend well over £100 a week on food in our house but we are crap with buying stuff and forgetting about it.
I have my awesome chicken soup for lunch today with pancetta, roasted peppers and pulses in it. All home made with home made chicken stock too. I am most pleased with it and this has probably cost a fiver to make but will last at least three days.
I do not have any pesto though so I cannot test the rachelswipe soup seasoning method :o(

don't get me on how much lunch costs around here againi don't need any more sermons from father holier-water-than-thou about it!
you must try the pesto though, seriously...
