I'm not sure entirely.I slept oddly I think, because I woke up very stiff and sore, and then while I was at school, I had to hold all my heavy textbooks across my chest to stop them from falling to the ground, and someone bumped me the wrong way and I just felt this massive rip around my shoulder blade. Stayed at school for the day, had a valium when I got home, and woke up the next day completely unable to move. Bit frightening!
