Glad you got your snow!
We had a "Team Building" day at another site, it was actually not that bad. Some games to edumacate us about teamwork, one of which was really weird, a canteen lunch, and lots of feedback about improving the team experience.

thank you! I'm loving it. I really am. I took a photo of the snowflakes on my arm only to realise that one of the flakes looked like a Bunny. Not even kidding.

I forgot to mention it before, but I was surprised you sounded so Australian. I have no idea why!

I can't hear myself as having one. But yeah I think I was expecting Chase off House's accent, but it was really strong

The weird game was we divided into two teams of 5 and 2 lined up opposite 3. Everybody stuck out an index finger horizontally and face-up and a stick was laid across them. The object of the game is to lower the stick to the ground without anyone's finger losing contact with the stick.
Sounds easy, is actually tremendously hard. After we'd almost got to the point of "WHICH OF YOU BASTARDS KEEPS MOVING IT UP" we were told the name of the game is "floaty sticks".
The rule about keeping contact with the stick means that everyone is exerting a tiny upward pressure on it, and the slightest deviation means that someone's finger leaves the stick, so they move their finger up to touch the stick again which moves it up a bit more and so on.
To get it down you have to constantly talk about moving it downwards, which for some reason works.

You'd think holding your finger steady wouldn't be that hard, but it bloody is.
