I had to edit it because it really uses a racist word, popular with old folk in North Liverpoolie "She's such an alky, she'd drink from a ******'s clog."
The closest I can find without being too offensive to ethnic minorities or gypsies is Manc.
Mancs are welcome to use scouser instead.
