there was a customer relations course here (that I didn't go to) and apparently one of the things they were told to do was to keep using someone's name when you are talking to them.

it pisses me off so much.

That's an elaborate plan that I started a while back.
I keep telling everyone I'm charming and witty thus linking myself to that phrase eventually when anybody who doesn't know me asks what I'm like they'll describe me as charming and witty almost subconsiously.

Basically I'm doing social engineering on everyone I know. Which in itself is both charming and witty.

It's not really advanced enough to call it NLP,
