Every time I do something kind my heating breaks down or I have a pipe burst and then my landlady treats me like I've done it on purpose and shut shut up and enjoy having no heat or water.

So I'm doing fuck all kind things for anyone anymore.

He said my pump had burnt out. It had not bunt out last night I was looking at it. I think HE has burnt it out this morning in the course of his FAIL.
He has fitted a new one. So, I'm assuming that whatever made the heating fuse yesterday remains undetected.
