Con Air Anything where he has a supporting role. As a lead actor he's quite fail.

I've never seen him as a lead
But he's superb in Con Air, same in Armageddon. I've not seen Fargo, but that's meant to be good.

Ooh, definitely watch Fargo.
I avoided it for ages, thinking it would be awful and I'm really pissed off I did. It's a great film.

He's brilliant in Monsters inc, Reservoir Dogs, Con Air, Mr Deeds (despite it being an shite film - he's great), Big Lebowski... The list goes on.

Monsters, Inc?
I've not seen a lot of films he's been in but Boardwalk Empire is fucking brill and I love him in it.
