People who complain about
polish people coming over here 'stealing our jobs'

and yet either already work, or wont work.

leading me to believe their argument is flawed.

whos job did they steal? or rather - you didnt try hard enough in school and feel like placing the blame else where.

I have yet to see a polish person walk out of the jobcentre, Hays personnel or Adecco, dressed in a black and white suit with a swag bag over thier shoulder...

if they ARE stealing jobs, then surely someone should intervene... call the police, or as a bystander stop the criminal offence taking place.

For all the complaining people do about 'nicking our jobs' therer are plenty of chavscum who refuse to try and get a job like picking vegetables in fields "cos it's too much like hard work innit" whereas if they did they could earn £10 an hour for unskilled labour. That would kit them out with all the Elizabeth Duke gold chain necklaces and burberry gear to wear in their bodykitted Vauxhall Corsas with a drainpipe for an exhaust.

I didn't do amazingly well in school...
... and it's never once stopped me finding work. Fair enough they've never been brilliant jobs but it's always kept me alive. If people get off their arses and stop letting their vanity and pride get in the way of doing monkey work that'd happily pay the bills with some left over for beer, there wouldn't be a problem. Plenty of work around for those willing to do it.

There is a *tiny* bit of truth in the statement...
If you're a temp ansd your rate is say £6 an hour, and someone else comes in and is willing to do the same work for say £3.50 an hour (or whatever), who's going to get the job?

My brother had to recently leave the building trade after 20 odd years, because all the guys he did jobs for are taking on cheap labour instead.

They are some occassions where they are not exactly nicking jobs, just forcing out other people.
