what bugs me is the bloody time they take...
to get in the frikkin car and vacate the space, folding stuff up fannying around with little lifts

and no amount of horn peeping or abuse gets through either - you'd think half of them were bloody deaf

Disabled driver crashed into me
About a month ago, just got my car back from the insurers.

Not saying he didn't have control of the car.... but it was broad daylight, on a straight and quiet road and I was stopped because I saw him coming toward me and could see he would get past due to a parked car. He however rather than stop drove head on into me... because he didn't see me??? Must be blind too then.
