Because it's almost inevitableAfter the "books that changed your life" and the current "bestest films ever!" I'm going to suggest "best songs ever/songs that changed your life" purely because in a month or so we'll get it anyway, and I want to claim I said it first.
It's at this point I realise that somebody's probably already suggested it. Ho hum.

All mediaWhile we're at it, why not computer games too (I've got a story or two to tell here).
Books, films, music, computer games etc. can be abstracted to 'medium'. So the question should be "Media that changed my life".
