Crappy relationships
"Recently," Broken Arrow tells us, "The missus informed me that her brother was moving with us." What has your partner done that's convinced you the magic's gone? "Breathe" is not an answer.

Seriously - she was doing Wimmin Studies at university
I have no idea what she was doing going out with a bloke in the first place - she fucking hated us.
Once she brought a mate back to my room, who walked in, looked at my Union Flag draped under my stereo, and asked me why I had a Nazi flag in my room. Sitting her down, drawing a swastica, then explaing how one was the flag of the Nationalist Socialist party of Germany during the 1930s and 40s, and how the other was the flag of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland didn't help.

Not even.
She ended up marrying my best mate at the time, which totally chilled her the fuck out.

At the risk of sounding
a little bit misogynistic, was this by any chance because you were trying to make a rational, un-emotionally-charged, and coherent point during an argument?

Wimmen's studies -- the cult that keeps on giving
It's a weird amalgamation of fundamentalist religion, pseudo science, pop psychology, outright lies, sexism, daddy issues and "separate but equal."
And if any male faculty members did to undergrads what these women do to them (brain washing, subtly forced conformity, physical seduction by emotionally crippled professors), the professors in that "discipline" would scream for both their heads.
Having debated religious wackos and wimmen's studies adherents, I find them suspicously similar.
