It really happensI bought some car parts on eBay which were sent to me by Parcelforce 48. By using the track and trace system I could see that they actually arrived at my local Post Office the day after they were sent, but my very apologetic postman explained that they were obliged to leave them there for a day lest I get the 24 hours service for the price of the 48 hour one.
