Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

Created a myspacein the guise of my old boss, to the point of using photo's and video's of him.
Then added him as a friend.
Hope it freaked him out, knowing that someone has taken the time and effort.
