Social Networking Gaffes
Freddy Woo writes, "My school bully just friended me on Facebook!" No doubt he pokes him, and then demands his lunch money.
Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.
What's the biggest mistake you've made using a social networking site?

what are your Uni's rules on this?
Or did you make those up?
We've had a couple of facebook bullying issues involving students, but lecturers seem to be fair game and our Uni's rules seem to be outdated and near-impossible to change.

Uni Rules
Technically it broke general reg's on student behaviour - but far too
much trouble to take forward and would have devastated my colleague
who to this day does not know about the group.
