Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

Oh I put things like"Johab is shitting through the eye of a needle" even when I'm not actually ill, and not throwing a sickie. I once put "Johab is massively ill because he swallowed a spike" a la Nathan Barley, but only a handful got it and all that happened was a wall full of "Are you ok?" messages. Bah.
