Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

My boyfriend Ed......made the terrible mistake of accepting a Facebook friend request from the odd bloke at work. So far he has received a slippery nipple, a baby monkey and a dolphin. I think Ed is his extra special friend, and enjoy reminding him of this fact.
