Don't go through all the hassle of delivering a parcel when you can just nick what looks good and chuck the rest in a hedge.

They threw mine over a gate, it was nicked. We complained and they said they had left it in our shed. Our shed is locked and behind the 6ft gate.

Me too
They never seem to actually knock on your door because waiting for you to come to the door and handing you the package would take a whole extra minute or two. Instead they just leave stuff outside your door in full view of everyone (like the people at the bus stop not two meters from your front door) and exposed to the elements. I just had a delivery (different company) and from him knocking on the door to leaving again took about 90 seconds and most of that was him messing about with his little computer thing so I could sign for it - if it had been a case of signing a bit of paper (like it would have been the last time I bought anything from Amazon that they might not send via Royal Mail) then the whole thing would have taken 30 seconds. It really does say something when a courier is that bad that you trust Royal Mail more.
