My old mumisn't a million miles away from this. She bought an automatic so she doesn't have to take her hands off the steering wheel while she is driving. You should have heard her when my kids told her that I show off driving with my teeth ....

i'm almost speechless!yikes! i suppose it would be too sensisble to treat her fear of driving by taking away her license? They have a minimum speed limit in the USA, do they not?
