I've heard thatBut there is one serious flaw that makes it one of the silliest scams around.
Why not just NOT draw it and let everyone think they lost. You'd be a lot happier to lose 2 quid than a big prize, no?
And don't say it makes it legal to do what you suggest, its just as illegal as not drawing it.
